Command Line install for BITS BC Reporter Client (x64)

Don't forget PowerShell execution policy.

The command line example given in the guide is wrong.

Please use the following:

%WinDir%\Sysnative\WindowsPowerShell\V1.0\Powershell.exe set-executionpolicy bypass ; .\2PS-BITSReporter-Installer.ps1 Register
